Your team works with AI faster and safer

In four hours we show where AI shortens the tasks that take your team too long today. A separate block covers data security, because one mistake can cost more than the entire training. We measure the effect with a test after the training and again one month later.

Employees already use AI. Many companies still have no control over it

AI can cut task time, but its use in companies often runs ahead of security rules, training and informed management decisions.

A first AI review of your company

The form helps assess your team’s basic AI knowledge. The second resource shows six business risks: from client data, through incorrect AI answers, to the lack of clear rules for using the tools.

AI awareness test for your team

A ready-made form to send to your employees. It contains 13 questions based on everyday work situations: pasting client data into a chat, verifying the model’s answers, a message asking to change a bank account number. Answers are anonymous and the score shows the level of the whole team. Management sees where knowledge, rules or caution around AI are missing.

Where AI creates risk for your company

The document shows six situations where the lack of AI usage rules can hit client data, team decisions, finances and the company’s reputation. Each area is based on research from 2025 and 2026, including EY, KPMG and Harmonic Security. It is a resource for owners and boards who want to quickly check where the company’s biggest gaps are.

Four hours that bring order to how your team works with AI

First, the team practises using AI on emails, offers, documents and information analysis. The second part covers data protection and the risks of using public tools. The examples used in the exercises are tailored to your industry.

Block 1 · 2 hours

Working with AI

Participants practise working with AI on typical office tasks. They check where the tools can shorten the time needed to prepare an email, an offer, a document or an analysis.

  • Led by a practitioner who works with AI every day
  • Exercises on typical office tasks
  • Examples tailored to your industry

Block 2 · 2 hours

Data protection and threats

Participants learn the rules for using public AI tools and how to recognise phishing created with them. This block is led by a dedicated cybersecurity specialist.

  • Led by a cybersecurity specialist
  • Exercises based on attack scenarios
  • A safe-AI policy ready to roll out in your company

A month later we check what stuck

Participants take a test right after the training and again one month later. Comparing the results shows which skills have stuck and where a follow-up is needed.

  1. Test after the training

The team finishes the training with a test covering AI work, spotting hallucinations and data security.

  2. Re-test after a month

The same test shows how knowledge and skills held up back in day-to-day work.

  3. Results summary

Both measurements go into a summary document that shows the change between the first and second test.

If the second result shows gaps

We run an extra webinar focused precisely on the areas that need reinforcement. We cover the cost of this session.

What your company gains after the training

After the training the company has clear rules for using AI, a recording for current and future employees, and a document showing the result of the whole process.

01

Safe-AI policy

Ready-made rules for using AI in your company: what data may go into the tools, what must never be pasted there, and who is responsible for keeping the rules.

02

Training recording

The whole training stays in the company. Use the recording to onboard new employees and to revisit the key topics.

03

Results document

A summary of both tests shows how the level of knowledge changed and which areas need further work.

How we work together

The process starts with a call about your company’s situation, the way the team works and your goals for AI. Then we tailor the examples to your industry, run the training, and a month later re-check the skill level.

  1. Call

We get to know your company’s situation, how the team works and your goals for AI. On this basis we assess whether the training fits your organisation’s needs.

  2. Preparation

A short form about your industry and the team’s typical tasks. We use it to tailor the examples used during the training.

  3. Training

Four hours at your office. The first block covers practical AI use, the second security. The training ends with a skills test. Afterwards the company receives a safe-AI policy and the recording.

  4. Re-test after a month

A month later the participants take the same test again. We compare the results and check which skills have stuck. If the test shows gaps in specific areas, we run a free follow-up webinar focused on exactly those competencies.

Teams of more than 20 people

For larger teams the training runs in several groups. As the number of groups grows, the price per additional group goes down. We agree the exact scope and schedule once we know the number of participants.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The core is shared, because the basics of working with AI and the security rules are the same in every company. The difference is in the exercises: before the training we collect information about your industry and the team’s daily tasks, and the examples in the room are built around the participants’ real work. Accounting practises on invoices and statements, sales on offers and client emails, administration on the documents it handles.

No. The training starts from the basics and guides the team step by step. People who already use AI benefit too, because they usually use it superficially and without security rules.

The effect is measured with a test after the training, and the same test is repeated a month later. The second measurement shows how much skill the team kept in daily work. If the one-month result shows no improvement, Rise AI runs a free follow-up webinar tailored to the gaps the test revealed.

Office staff: sales, customer service, administration, marketing, accounting, management. Wherever work relies on emails, documents, offers and analysis, AI cuts time the fastest.
