The form helps assess your team’s basic AI knowledge. The second resource shows six business risks: from client data, through incorrect AI answers, to the lack of clear rules for using the tools.
A ready-made form to send to your employees. It contains 13 questions based on everyday work situations: pasting client data into a chat, verifying the model’s answers, a message asking to change a bank account number. Answers are anonymous and the score shows the level of the whole team. Management sees where knowledge, rules or caution around AI are missing.

Participants practise working with AI on typical office tasks. They check where the tools can shorten the time needed to prepare an email, an offer, a document or an analysis.
Block 2 · 2 hours
Participants learn the rules for using public AI tools and how to recognise phishing created with them. This block is led by a dedicated cybersecurity specialist.
Participants take a test right after the training and again one month later. Comparing the results shows which skills have stuck and where a follow-up is needed.
The team finishes the training with a test covering AI work, spotting hallucinations and data security.
The same test shows how knowledge and skills held up back in day-to-day work.
Both measurements go into a summary document that shows the change between the first and second test.
